B2S Event Vendor Application

Hi, 

We’re looking to expand the ways we reach our community. . We will be hosting Our House Music Festival in the Washington Terrace Shopping Center on Septemeber 8th (12p - 5p). There will be:

• Back to School Drive

• Food Trucks

• DJs

  
  

• Voter Advocacy and Nonprofit vendors

• Bounce House and children's activities

  
  

We will be advertising via social media, Eventbrite, and submitting info about the festival to local news outlets.

If you’re looking to vend, our fee is $50 and its non-refundable.

You will have a 10 by10 ft space. You must provide you own tent, table, and chairs. We have a rain date set for 09/15/2024.

Our House Music Festival will not collect payment from customers on behalf of the Vendor. The Vendor is solely responsible for managing their sales transactions.

Our House Music Festival will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items belonging to the Vendor. It is the Vendor's responsibility to secure their products and vending area.
